Welcome to Fleckenstein farms & nursery |
|
Many farms these days say they have "changed for the better", we beg to differ, some farms say they grow all their own vegetables but really are just buying them in from wholesalers. Not on our farm; Fleckenstein Farms & Nursery is dedicated to the old fashioned pride & feel of producing a quality product, which begins in our hands & growing fields.
Old fashioned values with cutting edge technology, give a new farm experience like no other. Let our young farming family provide your family with NON-GMO products, that we too, put on our tables and in our gardens. From our family to your's.

what is csa?Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a unique relationship of mutual support and commitment between a farm and community members for an entire growing season. CSA members purchase a share for the growing season before the harvest begins. The price of the share enables the farm to cover yearly costs, almost all of which are incurred before the crops are ready for harvest. This entitles the member to a share of the harvest thought out the season, grown and delivered by a farm they know and trust.
As a CSA member you know where, when and how your food is being produced. Learn More --> what is non-gmoNon GMO refers to an organism or a product made without the help of genetic engineering techniques.. It simply tells that the organism or the product is free from an artificially manipulated genome or ingredients made using genetic engineering.

OUR CSAOur CSA provides you with a means of purchasing fresh food from your friendly farm family at Fleckenstein Farm & Nursery. Unfortunately, the economics of today's modern food system have evolved into quality-last models involving large "factory" style farms employing many poor practices such as forced ripening and shipping produce large distances to your family's table.
